| Objectives: |
The purpose
of this committee is to coordinate the development and dissemination
of internal and external communications relating to the mission of
the ASV. |

| Tasks: |
Specific tasks include:
 |

Publish
and disseminate a regular ASV newsletter; |

|
Develop appropriate
marketing materials needed to further the ASV’s mission; |

|
Develop and
maintain a national media list; and |
|
|
Develop and
submit to the Board of Directors an annual media plan. |

| Committee Makeup: |
The committee shall consist
of at least three ASV members in good standing, one of whom must be
on the ASV Board of Directors who will serve as the Chair. |

| Frequency: |
This committee shall meet
on an as-needed basis in order to carry out its objectives. |
